As a strong negotiator, I will get you the most for your home. We research homes using computer-based Multiple Listing Service, set appointments, and take you out to view properties at your convenience: days, nights, and on weekends. We also offer a Prospect Match service that automatically emails you homes that meet your search criteria as soon as they are listed. Our team can show you ANY home on the market, even if it is listed with another agency. Let us do the work for you! Buying a home is a HUGE ordeal, and you need someone who is knowledgeable of the market, knows how to negotiate - whether it be price, terms, or issues from a Home Inspection, and someone who can get you to the closing table!

Short Sales - You Have Other Options
Short Sales are the current trend and a growing part of this market. The number of Short Sales for sale is exploding! Whether buying or selling, you need an agent who is knowledgeable in this area. Do not be fooled by third-party companies offering to help or asking for an up-front fee. There is usually no charge to the Seller and there is never a charge up-front. Banks do not authorize third-party negotiator fees, so you end up paying them out of pocket. Don't fall victim to a Realtor or other Third-party who claims to know how to handle a short sale, by getting your listing, and throwing the file onto an attorney's lap. Ask them to show you Short Sale listings that they have handled in the past. Attorneys are too busy with other transactions and files to be consumed by a Short Sale. You need an agent who is hands-on, which is what we are. From listing to closing, I handle every part of the transaction. One mistake or one follow-up call not made and a deal could crumble. We see it every single day on our Update Reports. The process is a lengthy and time-consuming one, and we must have patience to get the deal closed. As a top Realtor, I am Short Sale Certified through Long Island Board of Realtors and am continuing to list, sell, and negotiate these properties, not only for my own listings, but for other Realtors as well.
